RIYADH: The Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) has issued a license to Museum of History of Science and Technology in Islam at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. It is the first specialized museum in the history of science and technology in Islam in the Kingdom established by the university in collaboration with the Institute of Arab and Islamic Sciences History at Frankfurt University and inaugurated by King Salman during his patronage of the Second World Conference on History of King Abdulaziz, organized by the University in 2015. The museum contains ancient artifacts and historical masterpieces that exhibit the cultural dimensions of Saudi Arabia.
