KUWAIT: Expats working in Kuwait’s public-sector will be required to get permission from their government employers, as well as security approval from the interior ministry before taking a job in the private sector under new rules, national daily Kuwait Times reported. The new directive issued by the Kuwait’s Public Authority of Manpower on Monday follows the country’s efforts to bring more local citizens into the employment sector.
