Saudi Minister of Interior Discusses Regional Issues with Singapores President

Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, who is in Singapore on an official visit, met with Singapores President Halimah Yacob. During the meeting, the two officials discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and recent developments on the international arena. The Minister of Interior conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, to the President. On Friday, Prince Abdulaziz also met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security Teo Chee Hean, where they discussed a number of issues of common interest, as well as recent international developments. Later that day, the Minister held a meeting with Singapores Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Law Kasiviswanathan Shanmugam, during which they discussed means of coordination and cooperation between the two Ministries of both countries. After the meeting, the Saudi Minister viewed a visual presentation on the terrorist dangers in East Asia. After that, Prince Abdulaziz received the Minister of Communications and Information, Minister Responsible for Muslim Affairs of the Republic of Singapore Yacoub Ibrahim. At the beginning of the reception, Yacoub expressed his thanks and appreciation to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed for providing great services to Islam and Muslims around the world. During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of common interest.
