LONDON: Cricket fans will now get to watch their favorite teams in high definition on OSN under a renewed agreement with the Dubai-based broadcaster. The Middle East TV network said on Monday it has extended its longstanding partnership with Sony Pictures Networks, which covers popular channels including Sony Entertainment Television, Sony MAX, Sony MIX and Sony SAB TV. The move benefits OSN Pehla customers, who have access to TEN Cricket’s coverage of the biggest matches in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, West Indies and Zimbabwe. The action will now be shown in high definition and live streamed on OSN Play, enabling viewers to access matches from anywhere. “Our priority is to provide choice and convenience to all OSN customers. This is why, in addition to providing channels from Sony Pictures Networks for OSN Pehla customers, we’re also adding more On-Demand content for ‘anytime’ viewing. Access to TEN Cricket HD also in live streaming on OSN Play, is a huge bonus for sports fans, who can catch all their favorite cricketing action on-the-go,” said Emad Morcos, chief content officer at OSN.
