The statement held the SDF responsible for this dangerous act that waves with a possible Kurdish-Arab riot. The Arab Council in Euphrates and Al-Jazeera is a political bloc composed of the three eastern provinces in Deir Ezzor, Raqqa and Hasakah. The council includes a majority of sheikhs and tribes of the region as well as prominent figures from cities and municipalities. A member of the council stated that the main reason behind the dispute was the Kurdish units that control the decision-making and reject the presence of any Arab faction in the region because that would threaten them.
