RIYADH: The Saudi-led Arab coalition condemned on Monday the Houthi militia’s continued threats to civilian and aid workers across Yemen. The spokesperson of the coalition Col. Turki Al-Maliki said that the Yemeni army has been advancing on many fronts in the Iran-backed Houthi militia stronghold of Saada. Al-Maliki added that coalition forces managed to intercept and foil an attempt to smuggle forged passports and travel documents for the Houthi militia in Yemen. In addition, Al-Maliki announced that humanitarian shipment permits were being granted regularly, and that humanitarian aid has been flowing continuously into all parts of Yemen. In a press conference, Col. Al-Maliki shed light on many local Yemeni initiatives to remove sectarian graffiti from walls of liberated towns and cities.
