Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, departed Kuwait on Monday after an official visit that saw him hold talks with Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, reported the Saudi Press Agency. He was seen off at the Bayan Palace by the Emir. The two officials had held talks on Sunday on bilateral relations and cooperation and ways of bolstering them. After his departure, Prince Mohammed sent a cable to Sheikh Sabah to thank him for his hospitality and warm reception. “This visit has allowed me to meet with your Highness and the Crown Prince, and discussed the consolidation of brotherly relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples and their interests in all fields,” he added. “It also affirmed the depth of the historic relations that link the two brotherly countries under the leadership of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and your honorable Highness,” he stressed.
