A joint Saudi-Turkish probe kicked off on Monday its investigation into the disappearance of Saudi citizen Jamal Khashoggi. Khashoggi had disappeared after exiting the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on October 2. The Anadolu news agency said that the Saudi and Turkish officials had earlier on Monday met with officials at the Istanbul security agency to discuss the case.
