The contribution of Saudi Arabia to Yemen since the beginning of the crisis in 2015, in humanitarian assistance, development and relief for the Yemeni people, amounted to $11.18 billion JEDDAH: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief), in cooperation with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, hosted a workshop on digital financial aid at its headquarters in Riyadh. Digital financial aid aims to support people in need and help provide basic needs, such as food, medicine and clothing, through the use of smartphones and credit cards. In addition to the latest strategies to help provide humanitarian aid and relief, the event also highlighted innovations that can assist with the provision of clean water and sanitation to communities in countries that benefit from the center"s work.
