Saudi Arabia’s interior minister receives UAE counterpart in Riyadh for security meeting

The two sides discussed means of enhancing cooperation between the two ministries The meeting was held at the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Interior’s headquarters RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif has held official talks with his counterpart in the UAE Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, the UAE Deputy Prime Minister, who arrived in Riyadh on Wednesday. The two sides discussed means of enhancing cooperation between the two ministries and exchanged views on recent developments concerning the Gulf, as well as Arab and international affairs. The meeting was held at the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Interior’s headquarters. It saw discussions on what has been achieved in meetings by the UAE-Saudi Joint Security Committee. The enhanced cooperation and coordination between the two nations in the security and policing sectors, that meet with the interests of the two countries’ stability, leadership visions, and aspirations of their peoples were also discussed.
