Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz sent on Monday a written message to Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, reported the Saudi Press Agency. The message tackled bilateral ties between the two countries and peoples. The message was delivered to Sheikh Sabah by Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid.
