KSrelief Concludes Training Programs, Implements Job Projects in Yemen

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) concluded Saturday training programs for female families sponsors in Al-Jawf Governorate, Yemen, as part of projects to improve ways of living in Yemen. The vocational programs that targeted 100 families included sewing, first aid, photography and maintenance of mobile phones, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. It is worth mentioning that programs in the training and vocational rehabilitation sector for families sponsors also include a course in entrepreneurship as well as the granting of vocational tools to the beneficiaries of the training. KSrelief has also continued to implement job projects aimed at implementing programs providing job opportunities and improving infrastructure in targeted governorates. The project benefits 80 directly unemployed people and 400 indirectly, as well as 5 technical supervisors. According to SPA, the Yemen Livelihood Improvement Project comprises three main sectors: the job sector, the vocational training and vocational training sector for households and the empowerment of young people, and the fish and agricultural sector, serving 3,750 direct beneficiaries and more than 18,750 indirect beneficiaries.
