British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt stressed on Thursday that there can be no military solution to the crisis in Libya. He made his remarks after receiving in London Government of National Accord chief Fayez al-Sarraj. They discussed “shared concerns about the deteriorating situation in Libya,” he added in a tweet. Prime Minister Theresa May also attended the meeting. “Committing to a ceasefire and a return to UN-led political negotiations is the only way forward but it takes two to tango,” added Hunt.
