Jeddah burger joint Chef’s has become hugely popular over the past year with its sparse but high-quality menu, which boasts just three burgers, served in the restaurant’s trademark style — cut from the center, and positioned upside-down so you can see the burger’s insides — displaying the juicy patty or brisket and the other layers that make its burgers so delicious.  The “Classic Burger” comes in chicken and beef, accompanied by the chef’s special sauce, and sandwiched between slices of rich brioche bread.  The much-loved “Arabic Burger” consists of brown bread, pomegranate molasses, tahini, arugula and a delicious patty, all of which come together to create a harmony of flavors and an unforgettable experience. Chef’s is almost always crowded these days, but be patient: The delicious food is well worth waiting for.
