King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) funded on Tuesday the distribution of 300 food baskets, weighing 22 tons and 200 kg, to displaced and affected people in the districts of Harad and Medi in Hajjah governorate, benefiting 1,800 individuals in Yemen. The Saudi center also KSrelief funded the distribution of 537 food baskets weighing 39 tons and 738 kg in the Directorate of Al-Tahita in the Governorate of Hodeidah, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. This comes within the framework of Saudi support for the Yemeni people in various governorates and cities. Meanwhile in Burkina Faso, KSrelief delivered 50 tons of dates as gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This took place in the presence of Burkina Fasos Minister of Women, National Solidarity, Family and Humanitarian Action Helene Ilboudo Marchal; Saudi Ambassador to Burkina Faso Dr. Waleed bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamoudi ; and a number of officials, according to SPA. The gift comes within the framework of food programs being provided by the Center for peoples and countries around the globe.
