Kuwaits Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sheikh Ali Khaled Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has expressed gratitude for the kingdom’s government and people over their sincere sentiments towards Kuwait’s Emir following his recent health setback. The ambassador affirmed that the letters and calls received are not surprising from the kingdom, which is a precious country for Kuwaitis. He added that there was massive interaction over social media from the Saudi brothers, which confirms the genuineness of Saudis and that the two nations are deeply connected through peaks and valleys. Further, White House spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham announced that US President Donald Trump would host Kuwaits Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sep. 12. In a statement, Grisham revealed that the two leaders would discuss regional developments and bilateral security cooperation as well as combating terrorism. The last meeting between them was on Sep. 5 in 2018, where they both asserted moving forward in developing military and security cooperation and increasing trade and investment exchange.
