UK’s Foreign Minister Dominic Raab said Thursday that he discussed with his Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud de-escalation in the region. “We focused on the need for de-escalation in the region, which we agreed is in everyone’s interests,” Raab said on Twitter. On Wednesday, the Saudi minister called for preserving Libya’s territorial integrity. In his speech before the Arab Parliament in Cairo, the minister outlined the political, economic and security challenges facing many Arab countries, and called on Arab states to take action in order to consolidate stability and development.
