Algerian President Invited to Visit Saudi Arabia

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has met with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, who is on an official visit to Algiers, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Thursday. During the reception, the Saudi FM conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince to the Algerian President, government and people of Algeria. In turn, Tebboune extended his greetings and appreciation to the Saudi King, government and people of the Kingdom. The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries, and the latest regional and international developments, SPA said. In a press release following the meeting, the Saudi Foreign Minister said he handed an invitation from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Algerian President to visit the Kingdom. He also highlighted the common stances between the two countries, stressing the Kingdoms keenness to coordinate with Algeria in everything that falls in the interest of the Arab nation and Islamic world.
