HAFR AL BATIN: The Hafr Al-Batin Falcon Festival kicked off on Thursday under the patronage of the Saudi Falcons Club.  The organizing committee divided the 10-day festival into two phases. The first starts with the festival launch and features more than 3,000 falcons.  The second phase from Feb. 27-29 includes exhibitions, folk and entertainment shows, and restaurants and cafes for people of all ages. Hafr Al-Batin Gov. Prince Mansour bin Mohammed bin Saad said: “We will exert more efforts to turn Hafr Al-Batin into a destination for falcon fans, with an integrated season that covers all the events related to falcons.”
