ABU DHABI — The United Arab Emirates on Tuesday called on its citizens abroad to return to their country due to travel difficulties in light of the spread of the coronavirus and the travel restrictions the government put in place to contain the outbreak, Al Arabia English reported. The UAE, in a statement issued by its foreign ministry, also asked Emirati students and sick citizens abroad to coordinate with the UAE’s embassy in the country of residence. The Ministry urged UAE nationals to coordinate with the nearest UAE diplomatic missions overseas or with the ministry’s call center on the following number: 80044444. Emiratis abroad are also urged to register in Tawajudi through the ministry"s website and mobile application.
