The national e-training website (doroob.sa) provides 164 remote courses, skills and support programs in a range of fields including English language, technology, computer sciences, communication, customer service, leadership and management. The platform aims to qualify and train students, jobseekers and employees, empower them and develop their skills and professional capabilities to meet the needs of the Kingdom’s labor market. It also offers specialized training programs in localization-targeted areas such as information security, data analysis, marketing, financial management and business, and project and event management. Relevant bodies within the labor market cooperate in the Doroob training programs to assist Hadaf with its initiatives toward achieving the goals of the National Transformation Program 2020 and contributing to Saudi Vision 2030. The platform helps to meet the needs of private-sector institutions by providing talented national cadres, while improving jobseekers’ chances of getting work, introducing students to the labor market, and assisting employees to improve their professional qualifications.Main category: Saudi ArabiaTags: Saudi ArabiaHuman Resources Development Fund (HADAF) Saudi Human Resources Development Fund, Bab Rizq Jameel to train Saudi youth Saudi Human Resources Development Fund holds workshop to develop training programs
