The Saudi-led Arab coalition to restore legitimacy in Yemen accused on Monday the Iran-backed Houthi militias over violating the ceasefire in the war-torn country 95 times in the past 24 hours. The coalition had declared a ceasefire in Yemen last week amid the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. The two-week ceasefire went into effect on Thursday. The coalition stressed Monday that it was showing the highest degree of restraint against the Houthi violations and refraining from exercising its right to defend itself on various battlefronts in Yemen. It said it remains committed to the comprehensive ceasefire along with the legitimate army. The Houthi violation included hostile military attacks using various heavy and light weapons.
