RIYADH: Nafith, a new online platform that offers individuals and corporations an e-service to create, save and manage enforcement orders safely and reliably, was inaugurated on Sunday by Justice Minister Dr. Walid Al-Samaani. He did so in the presence of Commerce Minister Majid Al-Qasabi, Housing Minister Majid Al-Hogail, Communications and IT Minister Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, and Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) Gov. Dr. Ahmed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khulaifi. Nafith is directly linked to the Justice Ministry, and will enable beneficiaries to deal with enforcement orders online. Users can request the issuance of promissory notes, and approve and track them at any time. The platform provides a secure digital environment that protects the rights of involved parties, ensures the completion of orders’ requirements, restores the concerned party’s rights in a timely manner, increases the reliability of orders and prevents using them illegally. Nafith also allows beneficiaries to review orders online by saving them to avoid their damage or loss, contributes to reducing conflicts related to forgery claims, and notifies debtors in advance, before referring the case to court. The platform is one of the Justice Ministry’s initiatives to involve the private sector in enforcement activities, in line with the National Transformation Program and Vision 2030. Nafith is also a new step in line with the ministry’s systematic move toward digital transformation. People wishing to benefit from these services can visit www.nafith.sa.
