RIYADH — Justice Minister Waleed Al-Sama’ani launched Sunday the “Nafith” platform, allowing individuals and corporations to securely create, save and manage enforcement instruments. The inauguration was attended by Commerce Minister Majid Al-Qasabi, Housing Minister Majid Al-Hogail, Communications Minister Abdullah Al-Swaha, and SAMA Governor Ahmed Al-Kholifey. “The new platform enables digital management of enforcement instruments, starting with promissory notes,” the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) explained. “Linked to the enforcement judiciary, it allows clients to issue, approve, track and view promissory notes.” “The platform offers a secure digital environment that protects the rights of parties, ensures integrity of instruments, and eliminates related violations,” the ministry added. “It streamlines enforcement services by securely saving instruments, reducing forgery disputes, and notifying issuers in advance,” the MoJ noted. Available at Nafith.sa, the platform is part of the ministry’s efforts for engaging the private sector under the National Transformation Program as well as increased shift towards digital services and platforms. — SG
