RIYADH: The Public Prosecution has ordered the arrest of a Saudi citizen allegedly shown in a video, posted on social media, verbally abusing a non-Arabic-speaking, Asian expatriate on the pretext of inviting him to Islam. The case has been referred to the relevant legal authorities.
