RIYADH: The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) held a virtual workshop, which was attended by 1,353 participants. They discussed training needs for the private sector in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current economic situation. Hadaf plans to develop programs in line with the needs identified in the workshop.  They also reviewed a number of programs which could be of benefit during the pandemic, including its e-training platform (Doroob), on-the-job training program (Tamheer), and its professional certificates support program.
