The citizens will return back to their home country through the Egyptian-Sudanese border DUBAI: Egypt said it will facilitate the repatriation of 800 stranded citizens in Sudan early next week, local daily Al-Ahram Online reported citing the Emigration and Expatriate Affairs Minister Nabila Makram. The citizens will return back to their home country through the Egyptian-Sudanese border, with buses offered to transport them to Egypt. Stranded Egyptians should send their return requests to their embassy in Khartoum, Makram said. The border between Egypt and Sudan was reopened after both countries earlier agreed to close it to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
