DAMMAM: An online service to help kitchen and restaurant owners apply for Eid Al-Adha sacrifice permits has been launched in the Eastern Province, the Saudi Press Agency reported. “The service was launched in line with the municipality’s efforts to ensure adherence to health requirements and environmental health instructions," said the municipalitys spokesman, Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sufian. Al-Sufian said that kitchen owners wishing to benefit from the new service could submit an application online on www.eamana.gov.sa. Applications will be reviewed and, in the event that all requirements are met, the applicant will receive a text message with the permit. The kitchen or restaurant owner is required to print out and display the permit outside their business. The online service will help business owners choose the right place for Eid Al-Adha sacrifices and avoid places lacking basic sanitary and environmental conditions.
