استمراراً لجهود المملكة في إنفاذ حقوق الملكية الفكرية وتعزيز احترامها وقعت الهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية برنامج عمل مشترك مع الهيئة العامة للإعلام المرئي والمسموع اليوم الأحد 26 ذو الحجة 1441هـ الموافق 16 أغسطس 2020م، يأتي ذلك تحقيقاً للأهداف الاستراتيجية لرؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 . كما يهدف البرنامج إلى وضع إطار عام لأنشطة التعاون بين الطرفين في إنفاذ حقوق الملكية الفكرية في المملكة، بموجب الصلاحيات والاختصاصات لكلاً منهما وبما لا يؤثر تنظيميًا على الاختصاص الأصيل الممنوح للطرفين، إضافة إلى توفير المعلومات المتعلقة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية وتبادل البيانات بين الطرفين والتدريب فيما يتعلق بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. الجدير بالذكر أن الهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية قامت بعدد من الحملات التفتيشية على مستوى مناطق المملكة للحد من انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، استهدفت محال الأجهزة الالكترونية والبرامج الحاسوبية والمواقع الالكترونية ومحال التسجيلات المنتهكة لحقوق الملكية الفكرية، ودعت الهيئة المواطنين والمقيمين لدعم تلك الجهود لاحترام حقوق الملكية الفكرية وذلك من خلال التواصل عبر قنواتها الرسمية، الرقم المباشر لخدمة العملاء (920021421) أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني للهيئة saip@saip.gov.sa أو من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي @SAIPKSA والمساهمة بالإبلاغ مباشرة على كل من يقوم بعمل يخالف أنظمة وحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية واحترامها في المملكة العربية السعودية. الخبر باللغة الإنجليزية Signing a joint work program between Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property and The General Commission for Audiovisual Media for enforcementand respect for rights. In continuation of the Kingdom’s efforts to enforce intellectual property rights and enhance its respect, the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property signed a joint work program with The General Commission for Audiovisual Media today, 26 Dhu al-Hijjah 1441 AH( August 16, 2020 ). This comes to achieve the strategic goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vision 2030. The program also aims to set a general framework for cooperation activities between the two parties in the enforcement of intellectual property rights in the Kingdom, according to the powers and competencies of each of them in a way that does not affect the original jurisdiction granted to the two parties, in addition to providing information related to intellectual property rights, exchange of data between the two parties and training regarding to Intellectual property rights. It is noteworthy that the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property has carried out a number of inspection campaigns at the level of the Kingdom’s regions to limit the violation of intellectual property rights, targeting electronic hardware stores, computer programs, websites and record stores that violate intellectual property rights.
