DUBAI: “America’s Got Talent” judge Simon Cowell has returned home after a five-hour operation on his back, that took place last week, People magazine reported. Cowell, 60, broke his back on Aug. 8 while testing his new electric bicycle at his home in California. The television personality, who did not take part in the first week of AGT’s live shows, is reportedly “very happy to be back home with his family in the fresh sea air” of Malibu, Cowell’s friend told the publication over the weekend. “He’s been able to walk quite a lot and quicker than the experts had expected him to do after this type of major surgery, which is a great sign for the healing coming along well,” the insider said. However, the 60-year-old’s participation for AGT’s 15th season has not been determined.
