KSrelief launches 2nd phase of Taiz prosthetic center

RIYADH — King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the charitable arm of the Kingdom, has launched the second phase of the project to operate a prosthetic center in Taiz governorate. This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects being provided by Saudi Arabia to the Yemeni people, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said on Saturday. Additionally, the KSrelief mobile clinic in Hajjah governorate has become operational. The clinic is being run in partnership with Taybah Foundation for Development. The clinic is part of the medical projects being provided by the Kingdom to the Yemeni people to alleviate their suffering during the current humanitarian crisis. Meanwhile, KSrelief distributed 5,000 cartons of dates weighing 36 ton to the most needy workers in the Aden governorate of Yemen. Food baskets to needy Lebanese A report from Beirut said the KSrelief distributed 1,740 food baskets, weighing 128 ton and 760 kg among Syrian and Palestinian refugees as well as the poorest Lebanese families. The aid was handed over to the needy in several Lebanese cities, benefiting 8,700 individuals.
