MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a phone call with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, expressed his concerns on Wednesday about the participation of Middle East fighters in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Kremlin said in a statement. It also said that both Putin and Erdogan reaffirmed the importance of a Moscow-mediated ceasefire in the conflict.
