RIYADH — Saudi Arabia offers abundant opportunities to visitors and investors, who are looking for unique experiences, to see a country with a rich and diverse culture that is rapidly transforming, said Saudi Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Faleh on Tuesday. He also said that the transformation process in the Kingdom is being led by young generations of women and men who are highly qualified and knowledgeable and they are excited to work with investors. The minister made the remarks during his speech on the second and the final day of the Future Hospitality Summit, organized by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, to mark current Saudi Arabia"s presidency of the G20. Al-Falih lauded the exchange of visions and ideas among a group of leading global leaders and executives who participated in the summit about exciting investment prospects Saudi Arabia offers in the tourism and hospitality sectors. "Saudi Arabia is one of the major G20 economies that has a strong private sector and one of the strongest banking sectors in the world. We also have a robust national development fund that provides the financing and support for the process," Al-Falih stressed. He added that Saudi Arabia’s investment record is strong and full of accomplishments, and it has been open to investment since the 1930s, pointing out that the Ministry of Investment is the gateway for investors to enter the Kingdom and to connect with relevant authorities for the facilitation of their businesses and other needs.
