Business Forum in Dubai held in wake of historical UAE-Israel peace deal

DUBAI — The Abrahamic Business Circle (The Circle) in UAE organized a business forum in cooperation with the Economic Peace Center in Israel. The successful first public event of The Circle was well attended by high-level individuals working in different sectors of the industries based in the UAE, Israel and different parts of the world. The event was held in the Capital Club on Tuesday, with the theme: Game-Changer “What the UAE-Israel Peace deal means for Business” Dr. Raphael Nagel, founder and chairman of the Board of The Abrahamic Business Circle, smoothly aced the event by moderating several issues in the light of the Abraham Accords covering the bilateral business opportunities, Venture Capital, Joint Ventures and the regional support from entrepreneurs and organizations. Ayoob Kara, the current president of the Economic Peace Center of Israel, former deputy minister of development of the Negev and the Galilee; former minister at the prime minister’s office for special functions; and Former Israel’s minister of satellite communications and cyber, spoke about huge opportunities in Israel in the field of medical sector, hi-tech, agro-industries, beauty sector, fintech and investment. Ahmed Obaid Al Mansoori, co-founder of The Abrahamic Business Circle and former member of the UAE Federal National Council, who established the first Cultural Heritage Village in Dubai, promoted multiculturalism expanding on the co-existence of business beyond culture and origin. The business forum focuses on the strength of both nations and the cultural cooperation by working on tourism, business and humanitarian area spearheading development in the region. — SG
