ACCRA, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Ghana’s Finance Ministry plans to issue sovereign bonds worth $3 billion to support the 2021 budget and debt management, the ministry said on Wednesday. (Reporting by Christian Akorlie Writing by Alessandra Prentice Editing by Bate Felix)
