KSrelief-backed Kara Hospital provides medical services in Marib

MARIB — The Kara General Hospital in Marib Governorate continued providing various medical services to beneficiaries during September 2020, supported by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief). The total number of the beneficiaries was 28,656 patients, with various medical conditions, in different clinics and departments. This comes within the framework of the humanitarian efforts, being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the KSrelief, for the health sector in Yemen. In Hajjah, Yemen, Al-Jada Health Center continued providing treatment services to beneficiaries, in Hajjah governorate, Yemen, with the support of KSrelief. During the period from Oct. 22 to 28, 2020, the clinics and departments of Al-Jada Health Center received 3,259 beneficiaries. The laboratory department also received 465 people and the health center provided 1,284 individuals with medications. The KSrelief launched in Aden on Friday a fog spray campaign, as part of the emergency response project to combat dengue fever. The campaign comes within the framework of the programs funded by the KSrelief, aiming at protecting the Yemeni people from the epidemic diseases within the emergency response project to combat dengue fever. In Amman, KSrelief organized on Friday, a lecture on dermatology diseases in the KSrelief"s clinics in the Zaatari camp in Jordan. It is worth mentioning that the KSrelief recently launched a voluntary program to train and build capabilities remotely to provide the voluntary programs and awareness for the refugees in the Zaatari camp. — SPA
