Bin Muaamar hands over 7th G20 Religious Values Forum recommendations to Al-Mubarak

RIYADH — Dr. Fahd Bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak, the Saudi representative to the G20 summit (Sherpa), received here today from Faisal Bin Muaamar, Secretary General of King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue, globally known by its abbreviation KAICIID, the comprehensive report on the consultative encounters and the recommendations of the closing meeting of the forum. Bin Muaamar, also the president of the Executive Committee of the 7th G20 Religious Values Forum (Interfaith 7) held here on Oct. 13-17, presented the report on behalf of KAICIID and the alliance of the organizing partners of the forum, such as the UN Initiative for Alliance of Alliance of civilizations (UNAOC), the G20 7th Religious Values Forum Association (Interfaith 7) and the National Committee for Following up Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Initiative for Dialogue among Followers of Religions and Cultures. The forum entertained a widely diverse participation form leaders, representatives of religious, civic, value-wise, policy makers and experts, from all over the world. Bin Muaamar lauded the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the President of the G20 in 2020 and its full backing for the workings and functions of the 7th G20 Religious Values Forum (Interfaith 7) and its preparatory consultative encounters to lay ground for the forum. — SPA
