ANTANANARIVO: Saudi Minister of State for African Affairs Ahmed bin Abdul Aziz Qattan met Madagascan Prime Minister Christian Ntsay in Antananarivo on Thursday. Qattan conveyed greetings from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to Ntsay, who reciprocated in kind. The two men discussed bilateral relations and how to enhance them, as well as international developments of common interest. Qattan also announced that Saudi Arabia has decided to open a diplomatic mission in Madagascar “to further strengthen bilateral relations.” Qattan also met with Madagascar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Djacoba Tehindrazanarivelo. They discussed bilateral relations between the two countries.
