DUBAI, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia expects to maintain government reserves at the Saudi Central Bank of 346 billion riyals ($92.23 billion) in 2020 and 280 billion riyals in 2021, the finance ministry said on Tuesday in a budget statement.
