Kuwait, who will receive doses from overseas on a monthly basis for a period of one year, joins other countries in the region who have started widespread inoculation drives, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Two halls at the Kuwait International Fair were allocated for the vaccination program, as well as additional centers in the governorates of Al-Ahmadi and Al-Jahra. Health authorities in the country have addressed rumors around the vaccine, and urged the public to only rely on official sources for information.
