RIYADH — Saudi Arabia"s Ministry of Health has announced the launch of “remote clinics,” providing patients with the option to seek appointments for medical consultations remotely via Anat and Sehhaty online platforms. The ministry pointed out that the service connects patients with doctors, in order to enable beneficiaries to obtain integrated services remotely. The ministry added that the service aims to reduce patient visits with non-emergency cases to hospitals and reduce the spread of infection, in addition to increasing patient satisfaction level via reducing the time and effort required to receive medical consultation. The clinics that provide this service can be viewed through the following link: https://www.moh.gov.sa/Ministry/Projects/Pages/Medical-clinics.aspx.
