BEIJING, Feb 8 (Reuters) - China’s central bank on Monday said its prudent monetary policy would be flexible, targeted and appropriate, with no sudden shifts, as it pledged to continue with interest rate reform. In its fourth-quarter monetary policy implementation report, the People’s Bank of China also said it would balance economic recovery with preventing risks.
