TOKYO, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Japan’s factory output rose 4.2% in January, government data showed on Friday, compared with the median market forecast for a 4.0% increase. Manufacturers surveyed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry expect output to grow 2.1% in February and decline 6.1% in March, the data showed.
