BERLIN, March 1 (Reuters) - Germany is likely to suspend constitutionally enshrined limits on new borrowing again next year to finance stimulus measures to help the economy recover from the coronavirus pandemic, Finance Minister Olaf Scholz said on Monday. Asked whether his centre-left Social Democrats are planning to suspend the so-called debt brake for a third year in a row in 2022, Scholz said: “You’ve heard from many people involved in the ruling coalition that everybody has the impression that the economic development is likely to make it necessary that we’ll again make use of the possibilities in the constitution next year and ensure that we can counter the effects of the crisis.” (Reporting by Michael Nienaber, Editing by Joseph Nasr)
