JEDDAH: Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen, secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), met Bahrain’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sheikh Hamoud bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa, who is also his country’s permanent representative at the OIC, on Thursday. The two men discussed ways of strengthening cooperation between the OIC and Bahrain, and Al-Othaimeen praised Bahrain’s role in the organization, the Saudi Press Agency reported. During the meeting, Sheikh Hamoud signed the statute of the OIC’s Women Development Organization on behalf of his country.
