March 25 (Reuters) - Shares of VIZIO Holding Corp fell almost 17% in their market debut on Thursday, after the television maker priced its initial public offering (IPO) at the lower end of the indicated range. The stock opened at $17.50 per share, compared with the IPO offer price of $21 apiece.
