A Saudi-Greek joint military maneuver was concluded on Thursday at King Faisal Air Base in the northern Tabuk region. The two-week Falcon Eye 2 exercise included offensive and defensive tactical counter operations and air maneuvers. The Royal Saudi Air Force F-15C and Hellenic Air Force F-16 aircraft successfully completed intense sorties following the highest safety levels. Major General Pilot Nasser Al-Qahtani, commander of the King Faisal Air Base and the drill commander, said that the exercise achieved the desired goals, including deepening cooperation between the two countries, exchanging experiences between the Royal Saudi Air Force and its Greek counterpart, and raising the level of combat readiness. Al-Qahtani added that the presence of the chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff and the deputy commander of the Air Force at the exercise and meeting with the participants was evidence of the importance of this joint operation and the great efforts exerted for its success.
