JEDDAH — The King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) has announced the start of registration in the first free online course available for all, which is scheduled to be launched on July 4 in Arabic language on the international educational platform edX.org. KAUST President Dr. Tony Chan said that the online course on entrepreneurship would help increase the new and innovative ideas in the system and provide exciting adventures in entrepreneurship. He pointed out that the eight-week course includes basics of entrepreneurship, adding that the course will offer a journey on startup companies, moving from station to another through real-life businesses scenarios and the situations to be faced upon embarking on establishing future business, before receiving a completion certificate from the university. — SPA
