Saudi Gazette report KIGALI — Saudi Arabia and Rwanda have signed an agreement to boost bilateral cooperation in many fields.The agreement, which was signed by Saudi Minister of State for African Affairs Ahmed Bin Abdulaziz Kattan and Rwandan Foreign Minister Vincent Perrotta in Rwanda"s capital, reflects the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman to expand the Kingdom’s foreign relations, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The agreement seeks to encourage cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Rwanda two countries in education, art, culture, media, tourism, youth empowerment and sports. The agreement also opens up prospects for new bilateral agreements in areas of mutual interest.
