RIYADH — Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned a deadly terrorist attack in a crowded market in the east of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on Monday. According to media reports, at least 35 people were killed and over 60 injured on Monday in the attack in the Sadr City neighborhood of Baghdad. The ministry offered the Kingdom"s condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the country, its leadership, government and people, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured. Iraq"s Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi held an urgent meeting with top security commanders to discuss the attack, Reuters reported citing a statement from the premier"s office.
